How to Use this Website

  1. Run a free LandServer (www.landserver.org) report on your property to determine your eligibility for programs and markets.
  2. Open a Bay Bank account.
  3. Learn more about your opportunities in the Bay Bank Market Education section.
  4. Post an “expression of interest” on the marketplace based on your LandServer opportunities.
  5. Find a service provider to help you develop your project
  6. Registered buyers will contact you via your email address.

Registering as a landowner (change account type)

If you're a landowner, Bay Bank can help you easily identify ecosystem service market and other conservation funding opportunities. We can also connect you with service providers to help develop projects and with conservation buyers to purchase final credits.
